工作职责 ◆ Ensure delivery success: lead project deliver, work with all teams to drive deliver on time and with high quality (identify dependency, coordinate resource, cross team working schedule, manage risk) ◆ Process management: define team deliver working model and process, monitor and improve team delivery performance through working process optimization ◆ Guided and promoted agile implementation of the department, assessed Devops maturity of the team based on the actual situation of the product and the team, and formulated targeted efficiency improvement plans ◆ Coach team and vendor PSP on agile culture and leadership 任职资格 ◆ Bachelor degree or above in related majors. ◆ At least 5 years in digital tech PMO field, internet, software or retail company preferred. ◆ Knowledge of agile scrum, and experience of successfully guiding teams to implement agile transformations ◆ Proficient in agile project management tools，such as JIRA, Teambition ◆ Strong learning and summarizing ability; can quickly integrate into the team, Strong influencing skills, pioneering and innovative spirit; Strong ability to work under pressure and resolve conflicts.
