As our next Staff Software Engineer in Growth you should have 5+ years of software development experience, plus: ● A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent work experience. ● Experience building scalable systems (we primarily use Python, Elixir, JavaScript) ● Experience working across the stack ● Experience building E-commerce products ● Experience leading engineers to deliver significant business impact ● Proven track record of delivering features. You are known for shipping products and features lightning-fast. ● Excellent cross functional team communications ● Excellent product instincts. You first think about users rather than the best technical solution. ● Self motivated, relentlessly focused on impact and able to operate under great deal of independence ● Excellent problem solver and don’t need to be told exactly what to do. ● Good communication skills in both written and verbal English
